Acheron Katana – Honkai: Star Rail Cosplay Prop
Bring Acheron's katana to your cosplay with this large-scale, made-to-order 3D printed prop, available as either the Katana Only or a complete Katana + Scabbard set.
Based on the original 3D model by Goowah, this is a substantial multi-part cosplay build designed to recreate Acheron's distinctive curved katana while remaining practical for 3D printing, assembly and finishing.

Raw Print – Unassembled Parts
Supplied as individual FDM-printed components with supports removed and basic print clean-up completed.
Ideal if you'd like to carry out the assembly and finishing yourself. Filling, sanding, priming, painting and final assembly are required.
Internal reinforcement rods are not permanently installed, allowing you to complete the assembly yourself.
Sanded & Primed – Ready to Paint
The prop is professionally prepared by Potify3D, including assembly, reinforcement, seam filling, sanding and primer.
The surface is supplied ready for your own final paintwork.
Complete – Finished & Painted
Fully assembled, reinforced, filled, sanded, primed and hand-painted by Potify3D.
This option is supplied as a completed cosplay/display prop with the major finishing work already carried out.
When the Katana + Scabbard option is selected, the scabbard is also assembled and hand-finished, including its decorative details.
Reinforced Multi-Part Construction
Because of its length and curved profile, the katana is manufactured as several interlocking printed sections rather than as a single print.
The original design incorporates internal 5 mm and 10 mm reinforcement channels through the blade and handle. Suitable metal reinforcement rods are used in assembled versions to improve alignment and rigidity across the printed sections.
The blade's internal channel follows its curved profile, so the reinforcement is carefully formed during assembly rather than simply inserting a straight rod through the entire prop.
The handguard is itself a detailed multi-part assembly and is fitted during construction of the completed prop.
Full-Length Scabbard
The optional scabbard is a substantial part of the build in its own right.
It is manufactured from five large printed sections, which are aligned and joined before the seams are filled and finished on the prepared and completed versions.
The scabbard also includes its corresponding decorative accessory and detailing.
Made to Order by Potify3D
Every Acheron Katana is produced using FDM 3D printing and individually prepared by hand.
Even on finished props, subtle layer texture, sanding marks and small variations in painted surfaces may remain. These are characteristics of a genuinely 3D printed and hand-finished cosplay prop rather than a mass-produced item.

This is a non-functional costume, photography and display prop. It is not designed for combat, striking or use as a functional weapon.
Due to the size of the katana and scabbard, please allow sufficient production time for printing, assembly and finishing.

Completed props are individually hand-painted, so minor colour and finish variations may occur.
