Boothill Revolver - Honkai: Star Rail Cosplay Prop
Bring Boothill's distinctive sidearm to your cosplay with this made-to-order 3D printed revolver prop, based on the original model by Goowah.
Inspired by the revolver seen during Boothill's idle animation in Honkai: Star Rail, this detailed prop features the distinctive long barrel, cylinder, curved grip and layered decorative elements of the in-game design.
This is a static cosplay and display prop. It contains no firing mechanism, moving action or projectile functionality.

Raw Print - Unassembled Parts
Supplied as individual 3D printed components with supports removed and basic clean-up completed. Visible layer lines, support marks and print texture should be expected. Ideal if you'd like to assemble, fill, sand and paint the revolver yourself.
Sanded & Primed - Ready to Paint
Parts are assembled where appropriate, seams filled, surfaces sanded and the prop prepared with primer. Supplied ready for you to apply your own final colours and detailing.
Complete - Finished & Painted
Fully prepared, assembled and hand-painted to closely match Boothill's in-game revolver. Ideal for cosplay, photography or display.
Construction
The revolver is manufactured from multiple FDM printed components based on Goowah's original segmented model.
The design incorporates 5 mm internal alignment tunnels, allowing suitable internal pegs or rods to be used during assembly to help accurately align and reinforce the printed sections.
The main body, cylinder, barrel and smaller decorative components are assembled into a single static prop on prepared and finished variants.
Made to Order
Every Boothill Revolver is 3D printed to order by Potify3D and is available at different stages of finishing depending on how much of the build you'd like to complete yourself.
As an FDM-manufactured prop, subtle layer lines, sanding marks and small handmade variations may remain. These are normal characteristics of individually manufactured and hand-finished 3D printed cosplay pieces.
