Bring Il Capitano's sword to your cosplay with this full-scale 3D printed prop, made to order by Potify3D.

Designed specifically for Il Capitano cosplay, the sword is printed in multiple precision-aligned sections and assembled into a large-scale physical prop suitable for cosplay, photography and display.
The model features internal 5 mm reinforcement channels running through the sword to assist with alignment and strengthening of the finished prop.

Raw Print - Unassembled Parts
Supplied as the individual FDM 3D printed components straight from the printing process, ready for you to assemble and finish yourself. Parts are supplied unassembled and may require support cleanup, sanding, filling, gluing and other preparation before painting. FDM layer lines and print texture will be visible.
Sanded & Primed - Ready to Paint
The prop is fully assembled and reinforced by Potify3D. Seams and joins are filled, surfaces are sanded and the completed sword is primed, leaving you with an assembled prop ready for your own paintwork.
Complete - Finished & Painted
The full prop is assembled, reinforced, filled, sanded, primed and hand painted by Potify3D. Supplied as a finished piece ready for cosplay, photography or display.
Made to Order
Every Il Capitano Sword is individually 3D printed and made to order. Due to the size and complexity of the prop, it is produced in multiple sections before assembly and finishing.
Production time will depend on the finish selected, with Sanded & Primed and Complete versions requiring additional processing time.
Please note that this is an FDM 3D printed product. Subtle layer lines and handmade finishing characteristics may remain, particularly on fully finished props.
